Filmwatch: Life and Death of a Porno Gang

Just watched this again.  Surprised at how great it still is.

Are you bothered by this movie’s title?   You should be.  Though not an actual porno flick, Life and Death of a Porno Gang is extreme with a capital E.  Without being a total gross-out splatter flick, Serbian director Mladen Djordjevic’s movie still manages to incorporate every thing you’d rather not see onscreen.

If like me, you don’t care what’s in a movie, as long as it’s A GOOD STORY, you’ll love this.

Now this sh*t definitely isn’t for everyone.  The story of aspiring director Marko’s drift from making experimental films into ever darker types of movie ‘art’ gradually becomes more and more harrowing to sit through.

So you’ve been warned.

This movie might not be for everyone, but it nonetheless rocks big time. It’s gritty and utterly believable, and yeah, I LOVE the fluorescent radioactive cows.  Too bad you need uranium leakage to make them.

Here’s the porno travel bus.

Fluorescent radioactive cows, delivered bang on schedule as promised.

Nice farm family photo.  Er, how many legs do Serbian cows have?

Life and Death of a Porno Gang.  Watch it if you dare.  Snuff Said.
